How much does a return label cost?&#xA0;Australia / New Zealand - $65 AUDRest of World - &#xA3;40Each time you return, you will be required to pay for your return label.&#xA0;Do I have to pay for the delivery of my exchange?Your first exchange delivery on your order will be complimentary. Exchange & refund fees

Where can I check the status of my return?You can check the status of your return shipment by inserting your tracking number into the DHL website.&#xA0; For any more questions on this, contact our Client Care team on <a href="mailto:hello@bodaskins.com">hello@bodaskins.com</a> and one of our team will be happy to help.How long does it take to receive my exchange?&#xA0;Once your return arrives at our BODA HQ, your exchange will be despatched within 3-5 business days, with standard shipping.&#xA0;You will receive your tracking number via email once your exchange has been processed.&#xA0;How long do refunds take?&#xA0;Refunds take 3-5 working days after we receive your return. This can vary depending on your payment method or bank.

Return processing time

Do I have to pay duty + tax on my exchange?There currently aren&#x2019;t any Duty and Tax charges on returns or exchanges, as long as you&#x2019;ve used our Returns Manager and the label provided.
